Rivertown Summer Workout Times Posted

Rivertown Summer Off Ice workouts are posted on your team calendar if your team is eligible.
Where: LumberYard
What to bring: Players should wear workout clothes, tennis shoes and bring their stick and gloves.
What happens: Players will be run through multiple supersets which may include slideboards, Russian boxes, stride jumps, tire pushes and core focus... plus about 20 minutes of Heads Up Stickhandling.
This program is designed to be the most efficient way to help your player get better and stronger as fast as possible
If your player cannot make the scheduled time for their team, please feel free to come to ANY other time with ANY other team. Do what works best for your family.
