Rivertown Alumni in the Boys State High School State Tournament
Rivertown Hockey would like to congratulate all our alumni that got to play in the Minnesota State High School Hockey Tournament in 2024.
From Mahtomedi: Wyatt Tarnowski, Austin Felling, Cole Swanson, Sam Harris, William Brummel, Jake Hodd-Chlebeck, Patrick Egan, Max Egan, and Gene Wegleitner.
From White Bear Lake: Noah Driscoll and Leo Gabriel.
Congrats to all those players!
Fun fact: Noah Driscoll, Max and Patrick Egan took lessons from Lee for many years. They never stopped wanting to improve. It paid off with a trip to state!
While we never grade ourselves on the number of games we win in Summer tournaments. We must highlight the weekend of April 19. - 21st.
•Rivertown had 14 teams in tournaments that weekend.
•Our combined record 41-22-4
•10 teams made championship games
•5 teams won Championships.
This is a fun fact but it doesn't change our mission of getting a little better every day with our focus on the long run and working to become a better hockey player and teammate.
Congrats to our coaches who are doing a great job and to the kids working hard.
